A Poetic Start
Speak Out!
We are finally speaking out
Being heard is what we're about
We're unnoticed kids ready to shout!
No one takes us seriously, they say we're not for real
But they don't realize what we really feel
Happiness and smiles, pain and hurt.
No matter how hard we try and express ourselves
we're never understood
.Just a couple of kids? We think NOT!
We're gonna teach you something you've never been taught.
We're going to give being heard a shot.
We feel so many emotions, we've left so many words unspoken
But we've finally awoken and taken a stand
and the rubber ducky is lending us a helping hand!
The rubber duck represents us
because the duck is left unnoticed, just like us.
We're not just immature kids looking for fun.
We're a revolution, silence is done.
So if you'd like to join and like to be heard
then send us an e-mail and help spread the word.

It's Starting
This isn't all about ducks. It's about the world, and getting a chance to speak out.
Why then, are we called The Rubber Duck Revolution? Well, rubber ducks are not taken seriously, and sometimes neither are kids, we hope to have our voices heard.
Stay tuned for updates and the coming first edition of The Rubber Duck Revolution.
-- Amanda Peterson, Nate Breneman and everyone who's speaking out with us.
